Replacement Policy for Damaged Files  

If you experience any issues with your purchase due to a corrupt or damaged file, we are happy to provide a replacement. To request a replacement: 

1. Contact us at contact@armapi.art with your order details. 
2. Provide a brief description of the issue along with any supporting screenshots, if applicable. 
3. Upon verification, we will send you a new, identical file at no additional cost. 

Non-Refundable Situations 

Refunds will not be issued for: 

• Accidental purchases or change of mind after download. 
• Incompatibility with software, printers, or devices (please review file specifications before purchasing). 
• Failure to download or save the file (please ensure you have a stable internet connection and storage space available).
